RBS, Swiss Re denied Tax Ticks

It was close. But on balance, considering RBS's £500 tax avoidance schemes, involving Swiss Re, all the usual tax havens, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and AIG, it has been regretfully decided that they can get stuffed.
