John Lewis bonuses a refreshing dose of business ethics

I’m sure the John Lewis staff are all bloody happy right now, with each and every one of them sharing in the bonus pool – a bonus pool they earned by actually being successful at what they do. That’s a company we can all respect. Good at what it does and good to its staff. Why do I suspect they also pay their full corporate taxes too?
